What it does
- Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey to the Nisqually Indian Tribe all right, title, and interest of the United States in the Clear Creek Hatchery infrastructure at no cost within 90 days of enactment.
- Requires the Secretary to finalize a map and legal description of each item to be conveyed, with the map controlling in case of discrepancy, and to keep these documents on file and available for public inspection.
- Allows the Secretary and the Nisqually Indian Tribe to correct minor errors in the map and legal description by mutual agreement.
