Vote by Mail Tracking Act

What it does
- Requires all mail-in ballot envelopes to include a Postal Service barcode enabling individual ballot tracking.
- Directs the Postal Service to promulgate regulations specifying ballot envelope design, machineable letter requirements, and tracking parameters.
- Requires ballot envelopes to display an Official Election Mail Logo or successor label established by the Postal Service.
- Directs the Postmaster General to provide entities furnishing ballot envelopes with information on barcode generation and Postal Service tracking tools by June 1 of each year.
- Exempts Federal write-in absentee ballots under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act from these requirements.
