To amend title 38, United States Code, to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to submit to Congress a quarterly report on housing loans insured, guaranteed, or under laws administered by the Secretary, and for other purposes.

What it does

Requires the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to submit quarterly reports to the Congressional Committees on Veterans' Affairs detailing the number of housing loans insured, guaranteed, or made under chapter 37 of title 38.
Mandates quarterly reporting on the number of applications for VA housing loan benefits that were denied by the Secretary.
Requires quarterly reports to include the number of VA housing loans refinanced under section 3710(a)(8) or section 3712 of title 38.
Requires quarterly reports to track the number of veterans with VA housing loan mortgage payments that are 60 days late and 90 days late.
Requires quarterly reports to include the number of full-time employees in the VA Home Loan Guaranty Service.
