What it does

• Amends title 38 of the United States Code to increase the maximum guaranty amount for home loans guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs for service-connected disabled veterans with unused or fully restored entitlement to 50 percent of the loan.
• Maintains the 25 percent maximum guaranty amount for other veterans under the Department of Veterans Affairs home loan program.
