To take certain land into trust for the benefit of the Las Vegas Tribe of Paiute Indians.

What it does
- Takes approximately 3,156 acres of Bureau of Land Management land into trust for the Las Vegas Tribe of Paiute Indians and makes it part of the Tribe's reservation.
- Directs the Secretary of the Interior to complete a survey establishing the boundaries of the land within 180 days of enactment.
- Requires the Tribe to grant a 300-foot-wide right-of-way to a qualified electric utility for construction and maintenance of high-voltage transmission facilities for renewable energy within 30 days of enactment.
- Prohibits Class II and Class III gaming on the land taken into trust.
- Preserves the Tribe's water rights under State law and does not affirm or deny Federal reserved water rights for the land.
