Whole Health for Veterans Act

What it does

• Amends title 38, United States Code to create section 1730D limiting copayments for Whole Health well-being services.
• Prohibits the Secretary of Veterans Affairs from requiring copayments for Whole Health well-being services except as provided in the new section.
• Allows the Secretary to require a maximum monthly copayment of $30 for Whole Health well-being services for veterans outside priority groups 1-5.
• Exempts veterans in priority groups 1 through 5 from all copayments for Whole Health well-being services.
