What it does

- Requires the Secretary to establish a flexible filing deadline for disability compensation claims from veterans affected by major disasters.
- Directs the Secretary to post a permanent notice on the VA website within 60 days of enactment describing all eligibility categories for priority claims processing, including the new disaster category.
