Grasslands Grazing Act of 2025

What it does

• Amends the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 to allow ranchers to hold grazing leases and permits on national grasslands under the same terms as permittees on other federal land.
• Clarifies that the amendment does not alter the application of other Federal Land Policy and Management Act provisions, the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act, or the Public Rangelands Improvement Act of 1978 to national grasslands.
