Pray Safe Act of 2025

What it does

Establishes within the Department of Homeland Security a Federal Clearinghouse on Safety and Security Best Practices for Nonprofit Organizations, Faith-based Organizations, and Houses of Worship within 270 days of enactment.
Directs the Clearinghouse to publish online best practices and recommendations for safety and security and provide information on Federal grant programs available to eligible nonprofit and faith-based organizations and houses of worship.
Requires the Secretary to develop evidence-based tiers prioritizing strong and moderate evidence from experimental and quasi-experimental studies to determine best practices for improving safety and security.
Mandates the Clearinghouse maintain a comprehensive index of all Federal grant programs for which nonprofit organizations, faith-based organizations, and houses of worship are eligible.
