What it does

• Directs the Federal Trade Commission to develop and make available educational resources for parents, educators, and minors on safe and responsible use of AI chatbots by minors within 180 days of enactment.
• Requires the educational resources to address identification of safe and unsafe AI chatbot use, privacy and data collection practices, and best practices for parental supervision of minors' AI chatbot use.
• Directs the FTC to model the educational resources on the Commission's existing Youville program.
