Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Rewards Program Act

What it does

• Amends section 9703 of the Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Rewards Act to rename the pilot program as the Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Rewards Program.
• Removes the 3-year time limit on the Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Rewards Program, extending it indefinitely subject to a new sunset date.
• Establishes a 7-year sunset provision, effective from the date of enactment, after which the Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Rewards Program ceases to have force or effect.
• Makes conforming amendments to the table of contents in the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 to reflect the program name change.
