Sanctions Lists Harmonization Act

What it does

Requires Federal officials to notify other sanctions-list administrators within 30 days when an individual or entity is added to any of six specified sanctions lists.
Directs each Federal official receiving notification to initiate a review within 30 days of whether the individual or entity warrants inclusion on their other administered sanctions lists.
Mandates that Federal officials make a determination within 90 days of notification whether to include individuals or entities on other sanctions lists.
Requires each Federal agency maintaining a specified sanctions list to report to Congress within one year certifying compliance, explaining its deliberative process, and enumerating any additional inclusions that resulted from the harmonization requirements.
