Downwinder Commemoration Act of 2025

What it does

Directs the Secretary of the Army, the Secretary of the Air Force, and the Secretary of the Interior to jointly obtain three honorific plaques commemorating the Downwinder communities of New Mexico within one year of enactment.
Requires the Secretary of the Army to place one plaque at a publicly accessible location at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico.
Requires the Secretary of the Air Force to place one plaque at a publicly accessible location at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico.
Requires the Secretary of the Interior to place one plaque at a publicly accessible location at White Sands National Park, New Mexico.
