Health Care for Energy Workers Act of 2025

What it does
- Amends the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000 to authorize nurse practitioners and physician assistants to prescribe, recommend, or order medical services, appliances, and supplies for individuals receiving medical benefits for occupational illness.
- Requires nurse practitioners and physician assistants to act within the scope of their practice under State law and in accordance with regulations and instructions issued by the President.
