Veterans Appeals Efficiency Act of 2025

What it does

- Directs the Secretary to use technology to track claims in the National Work Queue, remanded claims, expedited claims, and claims pending Board hearing, and to report annually to Congress.
- Authorizes the Board of Veterans' Appeals Chairman to aggregate multiple appeals involving common questions of law or fact to improve efficiency.
- Requires the Secretary to ensure substantial compliance with Board remand decisions, with limited waiver authority if new evidence resolves the issues or the remand was unnecessary.
