Timely and Accurate Benefits Act

- Requires states to procure and use an Enhanced Income Verification Platform by one year after enactment to remain eligible for Federal funds for any income-based benefit program.

- Permits the platform to access applicant-permissioned deposit account transactional data to verify sources of income not captured in existing payroll, new-hire, or tax data sources.
- Requires the platform to identify and consolidate overlapping data to prevent double-counting of financial records.
