Postal Employee Appeal Rights Amendment Act of 2025
What it does
- Amends title 39 of the United States Code to extend Merit Systems Protection Board appeal rights to certain unrepresented postal employees in supervisory, professional, technical, clerical, administrative, or managerial positions covered by the Executive and Administrative Schedule.
- Specifies that postal employees eligible for MSPB appeals must not be represented by a bargaining representative recognized under section 1203 of title 39.
