Disaster Loan Outreach Consistency Act

What it does

Requires procedures to include standardized templates for outreach materials and a process to verify materials conform to current templates and program terms before public release.
Mandates annual consistency reviews of outreach materials and templates across disaster field operations centers, plus immediate reviews after significant procedural changes.
Requires the Administrator to notify the House and Senate Small Business Committees within 30 days of establishing or significantly changing the consistency procedures.
